The team at GDS do so many things right! I love the excellent communication with the staff in the office. They take their time to pair support workers with participants which have similar interests to ensure both individuals get something out of their time with each other and can learn and grow together. GDS are always there to support participants through hard times and helping them to feel safe and valued.
